INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1997 - SECT 52.110

    Payments (except those covered by section   52 - 105) made because of subsection   4(6) of the Veterans' Entitlements (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 1986 are exempt from income tax.
