Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIn every Court exercising federal jurisdiction the parties may appear personally or by such barristers or solicitors as by this Act or the laws and rules regulating the practice of those Courts respectively are permitted to appear therein.
