JERVIS BAY TERRITORY ACCEPTANCE ACT 1915 - SECT 5

Disposal of Crown lands

    Subject to the Aboriginal Land and Waters (Jervis Bay Territory) Act 1986 , Crown lands in the territory shall not be sold or disposed of for any estate of freehold.
