Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Office of Parliamentary Counsel must arrange for a copy of each registered legislative instrument to be delivered to each House of the Parliament to be laid before each House within 6 sitting days of that House after the registration of the instrument.
(3) If a copy of a legislative instrument is not laid before each House of the Parliament in accordance with this section, the legislative instrument is repealed immediately after the last day for it to be so laid.
