Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf a person (the record holder ) fails to produce particular records in accordance with a requirement made under this Division, the person who made the requirement may require the record holder to state, to the best of his or her knowledge and belief:
(a) where the records may be found; and
(b) who last had possession, custody or control of the records and where that person may be found.
