Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) APRA may apply to the Court for an order that the Court give instructions to the judicial manager relating to the conduct of the judicial management of a life company, or of part of the business of a life company.
(2) The judicial manager is entitled to be heard on the application.
