Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Nothing in this Act prevents a life company from making a capital payment to a statutory fund.
(2) For the purposes of this Part, a life company makes a capital payment to a statutory fund if it credits to the fund an amount that:
(a) is not required to be credited to the fund; and
(b) does not represent any part of the assets of another
statutory fund.
