LIFE INSURANCE ACT 1995 - SECT 7B

Breach of condition of a determination under section 7A

  (1)   A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   a determination under section   7A applies to a person; and

  (b)   the person does or fails to do an act; and

  (c)   doing or failing to do the act results in a breach of a condition to which the determination is subject.

Penalty:   60 penalty units.

  (2)   Strict liability applies to subsection   (1).
