Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that a specified fast track decision, or a specified class of fast track decisions, in relation to an excluded fast track review applicant should be reviewed under this Part.
Note 1: Excluded fast track review applicant and fast track decision are defined in subsection 5(1).
Note 2: If the Minister makes a determination, the fast track decision
is a fast track reviewable decision (see paragraph (b) of the
definition of fast track reviewable decision in section 473BB).
