Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette , declare a data base
containing information kept for the purposes of this Act in relation to the
entry of persons into, and departure of persons from, Australia to be a
notified data base for the purposes of this section.
