Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) In a proceeding under this Act or a proceeding under or pursuant to a proceeds of crime law arising directly or indirectly from a request made under this Act, any document that is duly authenticated is admissible in evidence.
(2) A document is duly authenticated for the purposes of subsection (1) if it purports to be signed or certified by a Judge, Magistrate or officer in or of a foreign country.
(3) Nothing in this section prevents the proof of any matter, or
the admission in evidence of any document, in accordance with any other law of
the Commonwealth or any law of a State or Territory.
