Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The My Health Records Rules may specify the requirements to which the System Operator or another entity is subject after the registration of a healthcare recipient or other entity is cancelled or suspended.
(2) The My Health Records Rules cannot modify the effect of section 54.
(3) The requirements specified in the My Health Records Rules may include requirements relating to the following:
(a) retention, transfer or disposal of My Health Records;
(b) retention, transfer or disposal of other records.
