MY HEALTH RECORDS ACT 2012 - SECT 85

Appointment of members

  (1)   Members are to be appointed by the Minister by written instrument, on a part - time basis.

  (2)   The Minister must appoint one member to be the Chair and another member to be the Deputy Chair.
