Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, the Data Governance Board must prepare and give a report to the Minister, for presentation to the Parliament, on the Board's activities during the financial year.

(2) A report on the Department's activities given under
section 46 of the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 does not need to
include a report on the activities of the Board.
