MEDICAL INDEMNITY (PRUDENTIAL SUPERVISION AND PRODUCT STANDARDS) ACT 2003 - SECT 30
ASIC to have general administration of Part 3
(1) Subject to subsection (2), ASIC has the general
administration of Part 3.
(2) The Minister may give ASIC directions about the performance
or exercise of its functions or powers under Part 3.
