MARITIME POWERS ACT 2013 - SECT 24

    An approval given by the Minister for the purposes of one of the following provisions lapses 14 days after it is given:

  (a)   paragraph   10 (b) (actionable contraventions);

  (b)   subparagraph   12 (b)(ii) ( when international agreements and decisions apply ).
