Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Powers under sections 69, 69A, 71, 72, 72A, 74, 75D, 75F, 75G or 75H are not in any respect subject to, or limited by, the Migration Act 1958 (including regulations and other instruments made under that Act).
