MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 - SECT 151

    Section   10 of the Principal Act is amended:

  (a)   by adding at the end of subsection   (1) "on a full - time or part - time basis";

  (b)   by omitting subsection   (3).
