MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 - SECT 155

Duties of the Authority

    Section   14 of the Principal Act is amended:

  (a)   by omitting from paragraphs   ( 1) (b) and (c) "its" (wherever occurring);

  (b)   by omitting from subsection   ( 2) "petroleum" and substituting "gas";

  (c)   by omitting from subsection   ( 2) "its".
