MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 - SECT 5

  (1)   This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, each of the States, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory .

  (2)   This Act does not make the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
