Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsUnless the contrary intention appears, if a law of the second State imposes an obligation on a person who has automatic deemed registration to carry on an activity in that State, the person is not required to comply with the obligation in relation to any other State.
Note: For example, the law of the second State requires a registered person to keep a record of workers who are employed by the person. The obligation does not apply in relation to workers who are employed by the person to work solely outside the second State.
