Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a person if:
(a) paragraph 118(2)(b) applies to the person; and
(b) the person's service injury is sustained, or service disease is contracted, when the person is the age that is 2 years before pension age or older.
(2) The Commonwealth is only liable, under section 118,
to pay compensation to the person for a maximum of 104 weeks (whether
consecutive or not) during which the person is incapacitated for work.
