If a person's normal earnings for a week are less than an
amount calculated by multiplying the relevant minimum wage set by a national
minimum wage order (under section 294 of the Fair Work Act 2009 ) by 38
hours per week, then the person's normal earnings for the week are instead
the amount calculated by multiplying the relevant minimum wage set by a
national minimum wage order (under section 294 of the
Fair Work Act 2009 ) by 38 hours per week.
