MILITARY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2004 - SECT 376

  (1)   A question arising at a meeting of the Commission is to be determined by a majority of the votes of Commission members present and voting.

  (2)   The Commission member presiding at the meeting:

  (a)   has a deliberative vote; and

  (b)   if necessary, also a casting vote.
