Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Commission may, by resolution, delegate any of its functions or powers under this Act, under the regulations or under any other legislative instrument made under this Act (other than this power of delegation) to:
(a) a member of the Commission; or
(b) a member of the staff assisting the Commission; or
(c) a consultant to, or an employee of a consultant to, the Commission; or
(d) a person who is engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 and performing duties in the Department that deals with the matters to which the provision relates and is administered by the Minister administering the provision; or
(e) a member of the Defence Force whose duties relate to matters
to which the provision relates.
