Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A n issuing body may vary a safety certificate if the issuing body is satisfied that the criteria prescribed by the regulations in relation to the variation of the certificate are met .
(2) Without limiting subsection ( 1), an issuing body may
vary a safety certificate to impose , vary or remove a condition on the
certificate.
