(1) The register tonnage specified in the certificate of registry of a non - Tonnage Convention v essel registered in a country prescribed by the regulations is taken, for the purposes of this Act, to be the register tonnage of the vessel.
Register tonnage of vessel registered in a country other than a prescribed country
(2) The register tonnage of a non - Tonnag e Convention vessel
that is reg istered in a country that is not a country prescribed by the
regulations is taken, for the purposes of this Act, to be the register tonnage
of the vessel determined in accordance with the regulations.
