Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This Part operates in addition to, and does not limit , any requirement for compulsory pilotage under the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975 within the compulsory pilotage area under that Act.
(2) A person is not liable to be prosecuted under this Act and
the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975 in respect of the same act or
omission.
