Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) AMSA may vary a seafarer certificate if AMSA is satisfied that the criteria prescribed by the regulations are met in relation to the variation of the certificate.
(2) Without limiting subsection ( 1), AMSA may vary a
seafarer certificate to impose, vary or remove a condition on the certificate.
