Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An issuing body may vary a maritime labour certificate if the issuing body is satisfied that the criteria prescribed by the regulations are met in relation to the variation of the certificate.
(2) Without limiting subsection ( 1), an issuing body may
vary a maritime labour certificate to impose, vary or remove a condition on
the certificate.
