Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The regulations may make provision in relation to the provision of food and drinking water on board vessels.
(2) Without limiting subsection ( 1), the regulations may make provision in relation to the following:
(a) the quantity and quality of food and drinking water to be carried and made available on board vessels;
(b) mechanisms for making and dealing with complaints about the
quantity and quality of food and drinking water.
