Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsT he regulations may make provision in relation to the following:
(a) the authorisation of persons:
( i ) to conduct alcohol tests and drug tests; and
(ii) to operate devices equipment for that purpose;
( b ) the conduct of alcohol tests and drug tests, including random tests and tests with notice;
(c ) the devices used in conducting alcohol tests and drug tests, including the calibration, inspection and testing of those devices;
(d ) the approval of persons to conduct analyses in connection with such tests;
(e ) the procedure fo r the ha ndling and analysis of samples ;
(f ) the confidentiality of test results;
(g ) the storage and destruction of samples .
