Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The General Manager must give to the Ministerial Council a copy of the annual report that is prepared by the General Manager and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 .
(2) The Chair must, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, prepare and give to the Ministerial Council and the Minister a report of the Board's operations during the year ending on that 30 June.
(3) The Minister must cause a copy of the report mentioned in
subsection ( 2) to be presented to each House of the Parliament within
15 sitting days of that House after the day the Minister is given the report.
