NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT 2009 - SECT 133BR
Application of any remaining part of the relevant payment
The licensee must apply any part of the relevant payment
remaining after complying with sections 133BP and 133BQ in accordance
with the terms of the credit card contract.
