NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT 2009 - SECT 158LA
Licensee must act in the best interests of the consumer
The licensee must act in the best interests of the consumer in
relation to the credit assistance.
Civil penalty: 5,000 penalty units.
