NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT 2009 - SECT 170
Civil evidence and procedure rules for proceedings relating to civil penalty provisions
The court must apply the rules of evidence and procedure for
civil matters when hearing proceedings relating to a contravention, or
proposed contravention, of a civil penalty provision.
