Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A registered corporation may, by written notice, request the Regulator to disclose greenhouse and energy information related to the corporation or to a member of the corporation's group.
(2) The notice must:
(a) specify the information to be disclosed; and
(b) specify the person or persons to whom the information is to be disclosed; and
(c) be given in the manner and form approved by the Regulator.
(3) The Regulator may, within a reasonable period after being given the notice, disclose the information.
