Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of this Act, each of the following is a greenhouse gas :
(a) carbon dioxide;
(b) methane;
(c) nitrous oxide;
(d) sulfur hexafluoride;
(e) a hydrofluorocarbon of a kind specified in the table in subsection (2);
(f) a perfluorocarbon of a kind specified in the table in subsection (3);
(g) a prescribed gas.
