Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Subject to subsection 84H(3), where a concession card or
an entitlement card is issued to a person, the person and each person who is,
at the time when the card is issued, a member of the person's family shall
be taken, for the purposes of this Act, to be a holder of the card.
