Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Governor - General shall appoint one of the members appointed by the Governor - General to be the Chair of the Council during the pleasure of the Governor - General.
(2) There shall be a Deputy Chair of the Council, who shall be a member elected by the members from time to time.
