Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a public weighbridge licensee moves a weighbridge from the location at which it was inspected before it was licensed to another location at the place stated in the licence.
(2) The public weighbridge licence for the weighbridge is taken to have been surrendered under section 18PN.
