Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhen the Secretary appoints a utility meter verifier under section 18RA, the Secretary must allocate the following utility meter verifier's marks for use by the verifier, or its employees (if any), when verifying utility meters:
(a) if the verifier will be personally undertaking the verification--a mark for use by the verifier; and
(b) if the verifier will be employing persons to undertake the
verification--a separate mark for use by each employee.
