NATIONAL MEASUREMENT ACT 1960 - SECT 19K

    Jurisdiction is conferred on the Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division   2) in respect of matters arising under the following provisions:

  (a)   section   18LN;

  (b)   section   18LO;

  (c)   in relation to the Federal Court of Australian only--section   18MR;

  (d)   section   18QE.
