Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director may, on behalf of the Museum, engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the Museum.
(2) The terms and conditions of the engagement of a person under subsection ( 1) are such as are determined by the Director.
(3) The Director may, in writing, delegate the Director's powers under this section to an S ES employee, or acting SES employee, of the Museum.
Note: Sections 34AA to 34A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 contain provisions relating to delegations.
(4) In exercising a delegated power, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the Director.
