Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The principal object of this Act is to give effect to certain obligations that Australia has as a party to the Non - Proliferation Treaty, the Agency Agreement, the Supplementary Agency Agreements and the prescribed international agreements.
(2) A further object of this Act is to give effect to certain obligations that Australia has as a party to the Physical Protection Convention.
(3) A further object of this Act is to give effect to certain
obligations that Australia has as a party to the Nuclear Terrorism Convention.
