Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person may withdraw an application for redress at any time before the Operator makes a determination on the application under section 29.
(2) If the person withdraws the application under subsection (1), then for the purposes of this Act (other than subsection 167(4A)) it is treated as not having been made.
