Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) In this Act, defendant , in relation to a federal criminal proceeding, means a person charged with the offence or offences concerned (even if the proceeding occurs after any conviction of the person).
(2) If there is more than one defendant in a
federal criminal proceeding, this Act applies separately in relation to each
defendant.
