Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the court makes a decision under section 32, a statement recipient (within the meaning of that section) may request that the court delay giving its statement of reasons to allow time for the statement recipient to:
(a) decide whether to appeal against the court's decision; and
(b) if the statement recipient decides to do so--make the appeal.
(2) The court must grant the request.
