NATIONAL SECURITY INFORMATION (CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PROCEEDINGS) ACT 2004 - SECT 38AA
Attorney - General etc. may attend and be heard at civil proceedings
If, in a civil proceeding, an issue arises relating to the
disclosure, protection, storage, handling or destruction, in the proceeding,
of national security information, then any or all of the following may attend
and be heard at the proceeding:
(a) the Attorney - General;
(b) the Attorney - General's legal representative;
(c) any other representative of the Attorney - General.
