NATIONAL SECURITY INFORMATION (CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PROCEEDINGS) ACT 2004 - SECT 38S

  (1)   The Attorney - General may appeal against any decision of the court made under subsection   38M(4) .

  (2)   The court that has jurisdiction to hear and determine appeals from the judgment in the proceeding has jurisdiction to hear and determine any appeal under this section.
